Pro: cross-border, batch and yearly comparisons
The free calculator covers one domestic US payment at a time. Pro adds the published surcharges for payers outside the US and for currency conversion, and applies them to a whole list of invoices or a whole year.

What the key unlocks
- Cross-border and currency-conversion scenarios. Tick "The payer is outside the US", "The payment needs currency conversion" or both, and all seven providers are compared for the same amount with their published international surcharge and conversion markup applied. Where a provider publishes a range, you see the lowest and the highest result.
- Batch mode. Paste a list of invoice amounts, pick a provider and a scenario, and get the fee and what you keep for every invoice plus the totals. The result can be downloaded as a CSV file that is created in your browser.
- Yearly cost comparison. Enter what you invoice a month and in how many payments, and compare a year of per-payment fees across providers, including the account-level costs a provider publishes, such as an annual fee or a one-time set-up fee. Payout fees and taxes are not included in the yearly figure.
- Reference table. Every surcharge, conversion markup, tier and payout row in the Pro data, each with the page it was read on and the date.
What it is not
- Not a download, a spreadsheet or a PDF. It is this web page, which needs a current browser with JavaScript.
- Not a complete picture of every provider. The gaps are listed below and are shown as "unknown" in the tool, never as zero.
- Not a subscription. It is a one-time purchase of one key.
- Not live data. The figures are a snapshot read on 2026-10-06.
What the Pro data contains, and its gaps
The Pro data is one file of figures read on each provider's own pages on 2026-10-06 by the same automated reader as the free data, for the same seven providers: PayPal, Stripe, Wise Business, Payoneer, Gumroad, Patreon and Lemon Squeezy. It has gaps, and Pro shows them as "unknown" instead of treating them as zero:
- An international surcharge figure could be read for PayPal, Stripe, Wise Business, Payoneer and Lemon Squeezy. None is published on the pages read for Gumroad or Patreon.
- A currency conversion figure could be read for PayPal, Stripe, Wise Business and Payoneer. Wise publishes only a starting figure and Payoneer a range. Patreon confirms the fee without a readable number, and none is stated on the pages read for Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy.
- Gumroad and Patreon are partial in every scenario: only their platform fee could be read, so their real deduction is higher than shown.
- Stripe and Wise mention volume pricing without publishing rates, so those tiers carry no number.
- Upwork, Fiverr and Ko-fi are not included: their pages could not be read.
- Conversion markups are modelled as a share of the payment amount, which is an approximation of how each provider applies them.
- The scope is a US-based freelancer or creator. Fees for accounts in other countries are not covered.
Everything is computed in your browser. The licence is sent only to this site to check it; it is kept in memory while the page is open and is not stored. The amounts you type are not sent anywhere.
